Terms of Service
l. BASICS
- My art is PROHIBITED from being used for AI generation or NFTs.
- Commissions may be reposted with credits and a link to my card.
- My artwork is STRICTLY for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
- Reference pictures are required.
ll. PAYMENT
- Payment must be 100% upfront or 50/50.
- Payment is expected within 24 hours.
- Failure to make payment will result in cancellation.
- MOP is through Paypal or Gcash.
lll. REFUND POLICY
- Refunding after completion of artwork is forbidden.
- Refunding after;
• Sketch: 90%
• Flat colors: 75%
• Rendering: 0%
IV COPYRIGHT
- I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
- All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purposes only.
V. Workflow
- TAT is 7-21 days.
- I can refuse deadlines.
- I will send the sketch and flat colors.
- I have the right to refuse requests.
